CAC Members in Attendance: Becky Long (Chair), Barbara Boardman, Theresa Jehn-Dellaport, Steve Ormiston, Deb Pilon, Jason Randall, Rick Sackbauer, and David Spector

OPENING REMARKS, AGENDA AND MINUTES

Agenda was approved as presented. Minutes were approved after corrections were made at the meeting and one correction will be sent by e-mail to Joe.

CAC BUSINESS

Interviews for West Slope Openings

Rick attempted to attend the meeting by conference call but due to some limitation of the phone system he was disconnected several times. Joe will resolve this issue prior to the next meeting.

The following applicants were interviewed by phone: Louis Meyer, Michael Deneen, Greg Trainor, Gary Broetzman, John Dempsey, and Melvin Rettig. After the interviews, the CAC selected Melvin Rettig and Greg Trainor to pass on to the Board for final selection. Becky requested Joe contact all the applicants to thank them for their interest and stress how all were well qualified for the position.

Theresa has moved out of Denver and therefore will no longer be able to serve on the CAC. Becky stated the CAC did not want to lose such a valuable member and suggested Theresa serve as an associate member of the CAC. Theresa will consider serving as an associate member and the CAC will clarify the role of associate members. The position for a Denver Customer will be posted and application will be reviewed at the March meeting.
