2009 Indoor Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Rebates

Incentive Programs:

Denver Water offers several rebates for qualifying commercial customers using select commercial, industrial and institutional equipment.

High-Efficiency Urinal (PDF)
$50 for each high-efficiency urinal (.5 gpf) installed
Urinal Half Gallon Per Flush Retrofit (PDF)
$25 per urinal retrofitted with applicable kits
Restaurant Toilet (PDF)
  • $100 per 1.6 gpf installed (low-flow toilet) (LFT)
  • $200 per high-efficiency toilet installed (HET)
Flushometer Bowl and Valve Combination (PDF)
  • $125 per high efficiency toilet (HET-1.28 gpf or less) flushometer bowl and valve combination installed
  • $75 per 1.6 gpf flushometer bowl and valve combination installed
  • $60 per 1.6 gpf or less flushometer bowl from qualifying model list and compatible retrofit flush valve all installed
Sub Meter (PDF)
$40 each for flow meters installed to monitor individual unit water use
Water-Cooled Equipment Replacement (PDF)
$450 per piece of equipment replaced
Certified Car Wash Equipment (PDF)
  • $1 rebate per nozzle purchased, up to a maximum of $300 per year
  • $100 rebate for weep management systems installed to control weather system bleed
Cooling Tower Equipment (PDF)
  • $500 per conductivity controller installed
  • $50 per flow meter installed to monitor cooling tower make-up and bleed
Coin-Operated Laundry Equipment (PDF)
$150 per machine purchased or leased and installed
Boilerless Steamer (PDF)
$350 per approved steamer

Specific rebates are available for new construction where water account is activated Jan. 1, 2009 and later.

If your project involves multi-family units (five or more), contact Denver Water before proceeding. Your rebate may involve a contract with terms and conditions. Download this spreadsheet and complete the required information.

If your project is multi-family and is four units or less, complete and submit the applicable rebate form.

Verify that you qualify for Denver Water rebates with this list of qualifying water providers.

All rebate applications (regardless of project size) must be submitted within 90 days of date of purchase. There are no exceptions.
