New construction rebates are open to all Denver Water customers, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, multi-tenant, commercial and industrial accounts. The water account must be activated Jan. 1, 2010 or later to qualify.
New Construction Residential
- If your new construction project is multi-unit, five multi-family units or more, use the Commercial New Construction rebate application.
- Available to water account numbers which will be activated Jan 1, 2010, and later.
- First, verify that you qualify for Denver Water rebates with this list of qualifying water providers.
- Purchase the qualifying model between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2010 (see tab on this page).
- Attach the entire receipt to the application.
- The receipt must contain the date, fixture/appliance brand, model number, and the quantity purchased in order to qualify.
- Keep a copy for your records.
- If you are an individual, complete and sign the affidavit and include a copy of your identification with the application.
- Send the completed application to your water provider.
- All applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
- Failure to cash a rebate check within 90 days of issuance shall void the rebate and shall relieve Denver Water of any obligation or liability to pay the rebate.
- Rebate checks cannot be reissued.
New Construction Commercial
- New construction rebate is available to water account numbers activated Jan. 1, 2010, and later.
- Verify that you qualify for Denver Water rebates with this list of qualifying water providers.
- Purchase the qualifying model between Jan.1 and Dec. 31, 2010
- If your project is 5 multi-family units or more:
- Contact Denver Water at 303-607-3110 before proceeding
- Complete the Excel spreadsheet and e-mail to conservation@denverwater.org
- The receipt must contain the date, fixture/appliance brand, model number, and the quantity purchased in order to qualify.
- Keep a copy for your records.
- Complete and sign this application, attach the entire receipt and e-mail or mail to your water provider.
- All applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
- Provide your Federal Tax Identification number on the application form.
- Installation inspection is required before Denver Water will issue a rebate.
- Failure to cash a rebate check within 90 days of issuance shall void the rebate and shall relieve Denver Water of any obligation or liability to pay the rebate.
- Rebate checks cannot be reissued.
If a qualifying model list is not available, it means any model is eligible for the rebate.
