Developer III Salary Range: $5,086 to $7,883 monthly depending on qualifications
Developer IV Salary Range: $5,595 to $8,670 monthly depending on qualifications

Denver Water is recruiting a Configuration Analyst (Application Developer III/IV) to be a member of the CIS team and be responsible for revising and enhancing requirement artifacts, data scrubbing and configuration of the CIS system. Excellent research and problem solving skills are also required.
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, research software capabilities and recommend Customer Information System (CIS) solutions
- Facilitate the implementation of these solutions and provide production support for existing business applications.
- Testing of software programs, and compilation of input for Quality Assurance testing.
- Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Education Requirements: Position requirements include graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of four years experience with two years experience in Business Analysis and SQL. Experience with contemporary application programming and other languages, functional knowledge of CIS with an understanding of CIS data models. A fundamental understanding of quality software development concepts with experience in delivering software solutions and supporting business applications. Must have strong problems solving and analytical skills, ability to collaborate closely with end users and IT staff. A minimum of two years experience in Customer Information Systems (CIS), Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Perl, UNIX, COBOL, Java, TIBCO is desirable.
