May 02, 2016 Denver Water’s 2016 summer watering rules in effect
Denver is drought-free in 2016, but using water efficiently is still critical in Colorado. On May 1, to combat outdoor water waste, Denver Water officially implemented its annual summer watering rules.
A major milestone in implementing the Colorado River Cooperative Agreement was reached last week when the water court signed a decree to secure and preserve environmental water flows in the Fraser, Williams Fork and Colorado rivers.
